Make The Room Big
Size matters when building a room. Flat out, a massive room full of nothingness has more prestige than a smaller one. For the purposes of prestige, it’s better to have one grand dormitory rather than fifteen smaller ones. Some maps that start with problems have this very issue.

When playing a specific campus for the long haul, keep this in mind. It’s alright to start small and expand later, of course, just leave room to expand when the time comes. This feels like one of the best recent simulation games when everything is going well. When prestige is low, that feeling is not quite as rosy.
Increase Hygiene, Environment, And Thermal Comfort
All three of these factors are measured on the right side when selected on a room. Several maps have a perfect temperature from start to finish. If so, this will be a maxed-out bar. If not, play around with the radiators until everything is yellow (not blue or red).
A Hand Sanitiser station in every room is a great idea, don’t be afraid to stick one by the door. Have janitors ready to clean the area which will naturally get dingy over time. Finally, the environmental bar is all about decorations. Throw in windows, rugs, lights, plants, pictures, anything that makes this bar increase.
